Support for PetShift Workspaces

Try this first

• Open the invite on the phone where PetShift is installed.
• If you are on desktop, download the PetShift mobile app, then return to the invite on your phone.

If that does not work

• Ask the sender to confirm the invite is still active.
• Try opening the link from the original message, not a copied fragment.

Still stuck

Email support@petshift.app with your device type and what happened when you tapped the link. Do not send the full private invite link.

Try this first

• Check spam, promotions, and focused inbox folders.
• Confirm the email address was typed correctly.

If that does not work

• Use the verification entry point again in the app to request a fresh message if available.
• Wait a few minutes before requesting another email.

Still stuck

Email support@petshift.app and include your device type plus the address you expected to verify. We will investigate without asking for secrets.

Try this first

• Make sure the invite came from a Workspace member you trust.
• Check that you are using the latest invite from the sender.

If that does not work

• Ask the sender or Workspace owner to refresh the invite.
• Confirm your account is using the email or sign-in method they expected.

Still stuck

Workspace membership is enforced by PetShift backend rules. Contact support with the Workspace name and what the app showed, but leave out private invite tokens.
