Verification email missing

Try this first

  • Check spam, promotions, and focused inbox folders.
  • Confirm the email address was typed correctly.

If that does not work

  • Use the verification entry point again in the app to request a fresh message if available.
  • Wait a few minutes before requesting another email.

Still stuck

Email support@petshift.app and include your device type plus the address you expected to verify. We will investigate without asking for secrets.

Cannot join a Workspace

Try this first

  • Make sure the invite came from a Workspace member you trust.
  • Check that you are using the latest invite from the sender.

If that does not work

  • Ask the sender or Workspace owner to refresh the invite.
  • Confirm your account is using the email or sign-in method they expected.

Still stuck

Workspace membership is enforced by PetShift backend rules. Contact support with the Workspace name and what the app showed, but leave out private invite tokens.
