In-app deletion
Open PetShift, go to Settings, then choose Delete account. PetShift will explain what is removed, ask you to transfer any Workspace ownership that still needs an active owner, and ask for final confirmation before deleting the account.
What is deleted
Deletion removes or anonymizes your PetShift profile, pets, device registrations, notification preferences, and future schedules tied to your account. Some anonymized records may remain where needed for security, legal compliance, backups, abuse prevention, or legitimate Workspace administration.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@petshift.app from the email address you used for PetShift and include"account deletion" in the subject. We may ask for information needed to verify the request before deleting account data.
