Questions about pricing
Who counts as a pet owner?
Every member with at least one pet in the workspace, including people still waiting for approval and members whose pets are archived. Colleagues without pets never count.
What is the founding offer?
The first workplaces to subscribe when paid plans open pay €19 a month or €190 a year for 24 months. After that it's the normal price, and we'll tell you 60 days before.
Can I run more than one free workplace?
Yes. The limit applies to each workplace, not to you.
Do employees ever pay?
No. The workplace pays through one owner, office manager or HR contact.
